Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - CT TechShift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, Sat/Sun/MonLength: 13 weeksRequirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Required experience in: abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, multiplanar reconstruction
• BLS
• AART
• AART advanced certificate
• Preferred experience in: aspirations/biopsies, colography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, transplant studies, PET/CT

• Will accept 1st time traveler
• Scanner equipment: GE, Siemens

Saturday, Sunday and Monday 7p-7a.Min. 2 years experience, will accept 1st time travelerRequired Certs: BLS, AART, AART advanced certPerforms cat scan procedures using prescribed techniques. Reviews requisitions to ensure completeness verifying patient name, diagnosis, description of requested exam, etc.; adjusts equipment and selects appropriate technical factors to produce proper radiographic exposure; utilizes standard positioning techniques to obtain an optimal diagnostic image. Selects appropriate protocol for each CT scan procedure; ensures proper levels of density and contrast are utilized to obtain and optimal quality image. Performs scanning procedures of various organs to localize site of pathological process. Complete examination in a timely manner, orders IV and oral contrast in powerchart. Documents administration of contrast and scans paperwork into Cerner. Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
