Position: Operations Support Agent Senior
Location:
Edcadassa Whse - Courier Term Bldg, Floor, Ezeiza International Airport, 1802 Buenos Aires, Argentina
Purpose of the Role:
Carry out the operational and administrative tasks necessary for the effectiveness and efficiency of the station's operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate space on the aircraft for shipments of RESOL 3196/11.
Weekly reporting of the Load factor with data from daily flights.
Coordinate positions for the LAN flight from EZE and SCL to VCP / MEM.
Coordinate container types with ITC.
Transfer empty equipment / Maintain stock.
Transfer cargo, e.g., Air Class.
Inform about flight delays and/or route changes.
Share load measurements with Ramp for palletizing or transferring to the Feeder.
Confirm reservations versus space on the aircraft.
Daily input of air waybills and information into the system.
Manage customs duties and inform clients about generated payments.
Gather information for various company reports.
Prepare package documentation.
Assist customers by answering basic questions regarding service features.
Develop various filing tasks.
Ensure all processes and reporting requirements are complete, accurate, and timely.
Safely perform operational tasks, including loading and unloading, in line with standard procedures and legal requirements.
Adhere to standard policies and procedures, including health and safety, hazardous materials, driving, and aviation safety requirements.
Work closely within the team to ensure optimal flow of operational processes within required timelines.
Perform defined procedures and processes accurately and with integrity.
Provide feedback on processes and procedures proactively, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Experience, Skills Required:
Completed secondary education; technical studies or complementary studies preferred.
Good interpersonal relationships.
Ability to lift packages and maneuver them with appropriate equipment when necessary.
Customer focus, quality, and results orientation.
Ability to follow policies and procedures and build collaborative networks.
Adaptability and integrity.
Knowledge of English.
