**Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The primary duties of this role include meeting production cost schedules while maintaining quality requirements, complying with local and national labor agreements, implementing divisional and corporate policies, maintaining safety and good housekeeping standards, and training, developing, and evaluating employees. This role requires frequent contact with others outside the work group and keeping management informed of developments as they occur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective use of personnel, material, and equipment.

**Hard Skills**

+ Minimum of 5 years experience

+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures

+ Knowledge of basic math

+ Understanding of basic technology of area where assigned

+ Experience working in a represented environment

+ Knowledge of and ability to insure a safe industrial work environment

+ Production management

+ Automotive Manufacturing

+ Supervisor

+ Leadership interest and abilities required for effective supervision of employees

+ Oral and written communication skills

+ Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex

This is a fully on-site position in WENTZVILLE, MO.
