This position will coordinate and implement the delivery of 3 A&D integration programs for Information Security Risk Management (ISRM).

In this capacity, the Program Manager will partner with JJT A&D Service Line (SL) and ISRM MedTech Lead and ISRM Sponsor to build strategies and scope, identify and handle cross-functional interdependencies, identify and coordinate the creation of necessary program documentation to ensure alignment; develop overall program plan, lead all aspects of successful execution, and track program status and provide updates to ISRM MedTech Lead and Sponsor, A&D SL, senior leadership and partners. Monitor detailed plans for ISRM activities across the JJT organization to ensure smooth transitions. The role will partner and collaborate with ISRM and enterprise JJT groups and other business functions (HR, Finance, Facilities, Supply Chain, Technology Services, etc.) to identify and address interdependencies between the teams, to ensure workstreams deliver per plan and proactively identify and engage JJT and business partners.

Throughout key programs, the incumbent will be responsible for analyzing, planning and handling the program budget and engaging resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For assigned program, define the ISRM implementation strategy based on the interdependencies and impact on other workstreams with ISRM MedTech Lead and ISRM Sponsor. Collect and consolidate all program plans
  • Closely partner with and coach the assigned Project Managers/Product & Service Owners to track and monitor the projects within the program, identify interdependencies, issues/risks and potential mitigations, resources, and lessons learned. Assist MedTech lead with priorities, issues and escalations
  • Provides access to program progress to JJT ISRM, A&D SL, IMO and business leadership; provides updates to partners as appropriate; be the single source of truth for program status
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing and presenting change requests, funding/resource needs or issues requiring decisions from global or regional governance
  • Handle program financials including contingency funds for change requests
  • Lead change management & communications efforts related to integration activities with appropriate partners
  • Use and improve portions of ISRM A&D playbook and other tools to deliver deals more holistically. Ensure playbook consistency and use of recommended standard methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of information security processes and principles is preferred in explaining the business value of cybersecurity.

  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures is preferred.
  • Solid grasp of current security threats, mitigation measures and security vendors/technologies are required.
  • Experience in leading complex technical projects requiring influence-without-authority is preferred.
  • Proven technical background and experience in network, infrastructure and applications security technologies is required.
