We are looking for a

Division Controller

to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

Identify and assist in establishing and implementing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures

Analyze financial reports, determine cash flow forecast and develop new financial strategies to achieve revenue goals

Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity

Collaborate and guide operational department leaders to ensure smooth process flow and accurate reporting output

Ensure that all new business processes with financial impact are accounted for and recorded in accordance with the applicable accounting guidance

Coordinate with management in financial analysis and planning operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

8+ years of accounting experience with proven progressive responsibility

CPA license preferred, but not required

Demonstrated experience managing, coaching and developing team

Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
