We are hosting an open-invite job fair for applications and interviews the week of October 23rd The time slots will be on 10/24, and 10/25 from 10AM - 1PM and 3PM - 6PM then 10/27 from 10AM - 1PM. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and other specialty drinks, with attention to detail and consistent quality.
• Take customer orders, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding our food and beverage offerings.
• Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, flatbreads, and other food items according to our menu and customer preferences.
• Ensure a clean and organized work station, including the proper handling and storage of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, allergens, and dietary restrictions, to assist customers with their selections.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the café area.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with espresso-based drinks.
• Food Handlers Certified and TABC Certified

• Must be 18 or older to apply
