Responsibilities:
  • Perform calibration procedures on a variety of pharmaceutical equipment and devices according to established standards and protocols.
  • Conduct quality control assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Execute routine maintenance and troubleshooting on various machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of calibration, quality control, and maintenance activities for regulatory compliance and internal auditing purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues related to equipment performance, quality deviations, and calibration discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience) with a focus on pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a relevant technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in calibration, quality control, and equipment maintenance within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP) and quality standards applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
