Shine Social Brand is urgently hiring an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This position requires a reliable individual who can handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage and update records, ensuring all files are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining databases.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing correspondence, and manage package deliveries.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
