Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Job Description: The Onsite Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our clients security system installations, build-outs, and operational infrastructure projects. This position manages multiple field projects across client locations, the Monterey Park warehouse, and internal facility upgrades, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with Elites quality standards and California state regulations. This is a hands?on, field?based role requiring strong leadership, organization, and the ability to coordinate cross?functional teamsincluding installation technicians, service teams, vendors, and subcontractors to support our clients mission of delivering best?in?class remote security solutions. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Delivery Lead all phases of project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, and closeout. Oversee onsite installation and construction activities for Elites client projects and internal facility upgrades (SOCC expansions, HQ build?outs, etc.). Ensure projects meet all operational, financial, and compliance requirements. Track progress against project KPIs: timelines, cost control, material usage, and quality standards. Hold team members accountable when failing to meet goals. Maintain daily site logs and weekly progress reports to leadership. Cross?Functional Collaboration Partner closely with the Director of Operations & Finance, Installations Manager, and Service Teams to coordinate schedules and resolve field issues. Work directly with accounting to reconcile project budgets, purchase orders, and change orders. Support HR and Safety on?site compliance requirements (OSHA, PPE, certifications). Communicate project milestones and risk updates to leadership and relevant departments. Manage subcontractor performance, scheduling, and quality assurance. Serve as primary onsite contact for vendors, inspectors, and property representatives. Coordinate material orders, equipment delivery, and site access logistics. Uphold Elites professional standards during all client interactions. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent field experience accepted. Experience: 2+ years in project management within security systems, electrical, low?voltage, or construction industries. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of security systems (Axis, Exacq, or equivalent), low?voltage cabling, and network integration. Proficiency in project management and tracking tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar). Familiarity with budgeting, cost analysis, and vendor management. Certifications: PMP, OSHA 30, or equivalent preferred. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, leadership, and problem?solving skills; proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
