Join Our Team as Vice President of Supply Chain Welcome to the heart of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, where our corporate office is seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to head our Supply Chain department and drive our growth across North America. As we expand, we are excited to invite a Vice President of Supply Chain to join us on this journey. Your role will involve developing and implementing supply chain strategies to enhance service and optimize operations as we broaden our presence in North America. Leading a talented team, you will shape logistics that deliver legendary service to our customers.

On-site Collaboration Opportunity

This role encourages collaboration in our workplace. We are seeking professionals who are passionate about making a difference together.

Key Responsibilities

Develop inventory planning and distribution strategies for new markets and expand our warehouse supplier network.

Address supply chain challenges, anticipate growth opportunities, and support system, process, and physical enhancements promptly.

Work closely with teams to refine our logistics network by evaluating proposed changes in routing, shipping modes, carrier utilization, and more.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master’s degree is advantageous.

10+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, distribution, or inventory roles within a multi-site supply chain network.

Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and multi-year projects.

Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to translate data into actionable insights for decision-making.

Attention to detail, diligence, and strong follow-through.
