The HRIS Specialist will manage, develop and define the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system requirements while staying ahead of system capability options while the organization continues to grow.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Duties and Responsibilities
•Responsible for the setup and maintenance of the HRIS system to ensure data integrity of employee/organizational data
•Partner with internal customers to develop new processes within the HRIS system to better manage the companies changing needs
•Lead implementations of new modules for the existing HRIS system and/or lead implementation of new HRIS system, if applicable
•Create and run reports based on workforce analytics
•Monitor HRIS for system performance and identify processes that may need improvement
•Ensure the HRIS system reports are properly displaying report data
•Assist employees with HRIS questions and seek resolutions quickly
•Create or update appropriate user documentation and procedures as needed; assist with training users on updated system functionality
•Manage the implementation of new third party related systems (HR supported systems)
•Perform regular trouble shooting and testing of applicable HR Systems and provide relevant and timely feedback
•Develop Human Resources content for the online training system as needed
•Manage special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge and Skills
•Prior experience with an HRIS database is required
•Prior experience with writing standard and advanced reports
•Prior experience using video editing software preferred
•Basic coding knowledge preferred
•Advanced MS Excel skillset is required
•Requires effective oral and written communication skills
•Must be detailed oriented
•Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy
•Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism
•Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
•Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Education and Work Experience
•Associates or bachelor's degree with coursework focusing on Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting or Data Analytics with 2+ years of experience managing an HRIS system OR
•Any appropriate combination of education and experience
•Ceridian Dayforce experience is preferred; comparable HRIS system experience is required
