Volume control, Dishwasher soap warning, Kitchen sink leak prevention, No smoking, proper garbage disposal, Con ed account setup, Lockout feeso Go Over the apps: Buildinglink credentials, TWA setup, Control4 if applicable, Payrange, Luxor, (Mind & body)o Welcoming gift in the apt (mug, keychain, pen, notepad) Arches branded gifts.o Folder withBrochures(rules), community info, coupons, Network info, garage info/bike storageo Update Spreadsheet and email management after move-inTenant Move-outo Week prior setup elevator reservation with front desko Key turn-in after super inspection of unito Update Spreadsheet and email managementTenant Experience Assistanceo Assist tenant issues (if issue is management related be the middle ground for solution) (bilingual, unresolved issues, complaints orsuggestions)o Direct communication with proper management staff•Hours 12pm-6pm Monday-Friday "" 30 hours a week•1 EVENT per month•Manage services and vendors (Mind & body)
