Green Trading Capital is looking to add an individual to join our team to head up compliance and assist in operations. Our firm trades environmental commodities, including but not limited to carbon allowances and renewable energy. The new hire will lead all efforts in compliance including maintain compliance manuals, reporting, and streamlining processes. The role will work directly with the CFO and founder of the funds.

Launched in 2019 , the GTC investment team has almost five decades combined experience investing the environmental commodity markets. Environmental commodities are an esoteric asset class, highly uncorrelated to most major assets, and encapsulate profound and sustainable tailwinds. Compliance environmental programs (mandated by government regulations) and voluntary programs (driven by investor and consumer expectations) rely on environmental commodities to combat the impact of greenhouse gases and climate change. Concurrently, stringent regulations, lagging innovation, and technology shortages hamstring the ability of these initiatives to sustain increasing demand, creating a meaningful supply / demand imbalance.
