Must Have's: Minimum of 10+ years of product management experience, including zero-to-one or incubation work with shipped outcomes. Exceptional drive and a proven ability to deliver results, consistently overcoming obstacles with a proactive and unfazed approach. True passion for crafting something from nothing. Experience with design thinking, lean startup, and other innovation methodologies such as lean experimentation and rapid prototyping. Enthusiastic curiosity about the latest technology and innovation trends. Highly analytical with strong conceptual thinking and creative, business-focused problem solving skills. Ability to evaluate alternatives quantitatively and qualitatively and make compelling recommendations based on proven business case analysis. Mentor team members to promote skill growth and increase team capability. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
