Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

Requirements:

Active Occupational Therapy Licensure in Ohio American Heart Association BLS At least 2 years of acute experience as an Occupational Therapist within a rehab hospital

Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
