You'll make an impact by…
- Truly understanding the business, from inventory control to cost savings for patients to compliance.
- Modeling and providing guidance to the pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches, including techniques to make sure concerns are successfully resolved.
- Using tools, data and personal conversations to understand your community and common concerns and stay up to date on emergent and urgent health issues therein.
