Children's Emergency Department is seeking a Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician for one of the busiest Pediatric ED's in the state
17 bed pediatric ED
Twelve (12) twelve (12) hour shifts a month
Shift hours: 7a-7p and 7p-7a
All doctors work day and night shifts, depending on contract
Resident 24 hour coverage except on Wednesday. Wednesday is 16 hour coverage
Daily Census: approximately 100
Compensation and Benefits
Fair market compensation plus generous benefits including paid malpractice, CME time and allowance, quarterly bonus, health, dental and other desirable beneifts

Great location in diverse, mid-sized city just an hour south of Raleigh
Close proximity to mountains and coast
Requirements
Required procedures: intubation, suture, trauma, LP
Preference is Pediatric Emergency fellowship trained, but will consider EM or general pediatrics with pediatric ED experience
North Carolina license required
