Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Marketing Analytics Team Leader in Green Bay to manage the creation of dashboards, analyses and insights to drive marketing strategies. The Marketing Analytics Team Leader will lead a team of analytics associates and oversee the development and implementation of analytics :Lead and mentor a team of analysts by providing guidance on analytical techniques, data interpretation and dashboard development.Design and develop scalable data models in the data warehouse, Snowflake, using Structured Query Language (SQL) to structure, clean and transform

complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate and load data into Snowflake from different sources.Optimize Snowflake's performance by tuning queries, managing data portions and ensuring efficient storage

with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure models meet the business' needs for reporting and analytics.Oversee the design and execution of Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing analytics efforts.Provide insights and recommendations to senior marketing leaders.Skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of analytics experience.Experience with Power BI and building complex dashboards.Advanced SQL skills, including creating complex scripts and data models within

to automate recurring reports and analytics processes.Experience analyzing, optimizing and translating marketing

with cloud data platforms, such as Snowflake, and marketing automation tools, such as Simon
