The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, number of months worked, as well as internal equity among our team.Position Summary: The Director of Human Resources will provide strategic leadership and direction to the Human Resources (HR) department. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives. The Director will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, labor relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's goals and enhance organizational performance.Advise the executive team on HR-related matters and provide insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.Ensure compliance with all regulations where we have employees (currently 31 states).Talent Acquisition and Management:Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop top talent.Implement effective onboarding programs and ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the company.Develop and implement stay and/or exit interviews.Employee and Labor Relations:Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and
