We are seeking a skilled Program Director to lead our new proposed Geriatric Fellowship Program, affiliated with a reputable university. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of teaching experience in an approved Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency program, as well as expertise in publications and grant writing.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide administrative leadership and direction to the program.
- Provide direct patient care and supervise residents in clinical settings.
- Oversee and teach didactics curriculum to residents.
- Develop and revise curriculum, as well as maintain accreditation standards.
- Recruit and select high-quality candidates for the fellowship program.
- 5 years of teaching experience in an approved AOA or ACGME Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Residency or Geriatric Fellowship Program.
- Experience with publications and grant writing skills is preferred.
