We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our clinical team at UCHealth. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary group to deliver expert respiratory care, focusing on patient-centered outcomes and evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advanced respiratory care by applying therapy protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with the team to optimize patient outcomes and promote a culture of excellence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry advancements
- Accredited Respiratory Therapy program graduate
- Registered RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care
- State licensure
- NRP certification within 1 year if assigned to NICU
- PALS certification within 1 year if assigned to ED
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
