Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced respiratory care by applying therapy protocols and best practices
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize patient outcomes and promote a culture of excellence
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry advancements
Requirements:
  • Accredited Respiratory Therapy program graduate
  • Registered RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care
  • State licensure
  • NRP certification within 1 year if assigned to NICU
  • PALS certification within 1 year if assigned to ED
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
