Position Overview: ETEC is seeking a dedicated
Outside Sales and Service Representative
to join our team in Mississippi. This dual role combines service and sales, focusing on building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer support, and identifying tailored water treatment solutions. If you enjoy engaging with people, solving problems, and representing high-quality products, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities: Client Support:
Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding customer needs, providing education on water treatment options, and offering personalized recommendations. Service Excellence:
Conduct site assessments, assist with equipment demonstrations, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sale support and troubleshooting. Sales Growth:
Proactively identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach to develop new opportunities. Technical Expertise:
Stay informed about industry advancements, competitor products, and evolving technologies to ensure clients receive the best solutions. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the internal team to meet customer needs and improve service delivery.
Requirements: Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about sales. Ability to travel within the Mississippi territory. Willingness to learn about water treatment products and services. Prior experience in outside sales is a plus, though not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
