CRB is a privately held company with a rich history of serving clients throughout the world, consistently striving for the highest standard of technical knowledge, creativity and execution.Job DescriptionThe Regional EHS Manager supports and assists the Regional Vice President, Regional Operations Manager(s), Office Managers, Project Directors/ Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and all other management personnel in the establishment and application of safe practices throughout the region. This role works directly with CRB Management to balance safety requirements with production goals to ensure compliance with safety-related regulations, systems, and practices. The Regional EHS Manager handles the documentation and reporting of safety related records and materials in keeping with both internal and external requirements. The Regional EHS Manager will report directly to the VP of EHS. Responsibilities Supports and assists the Regional Vice President, Regional Operations Manager(s), Office Managers, Project Directors/ Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and all other management personnel in the establishment and application of safe practices throughout the regionHandles the documentation and reporting of safety related records and materials in keeping with both internal and external requirementsWork with senior management to ensure organization's EHS complianceDesign and implement EHS programsManage emergency response incidentsImplement corrective actionsConduct or lead training in applicable EHS areasEvaluate programs and issue recommendations and implement changeAbility to influenceWorks directly with CRB Management to balance safety requirements with production goals to ensure compliance with safety-related regulations, systems, and practicesClose collaboration and coordination with Central Executive team and other Regional EHS ManagersUp to 50% travelQualificationsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Health, and/or Environmental (or similar) from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant experience requiredSeven to ten years of relevant work experience or demonstrates competencies consist with the roleAdditional Qualifications ASP, CSP, CIH, CFPS or CHMM certificationExceptional communication skillsExcellent tact and diplomacy in dealing with others and the ability to deal with all levels of management, from field to corporate levelsTeam player and self-starterStrong analytical skillsStrategic thinking abilitiesProficiency with mobile devices and mobile formCapable of completing work assignments with little supervisionExceptional with mobile devices and mobile formsCase management/worker's comp knowledgeAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.CRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
