Yes, you'll learn from us, but we expect to learn from you tooGeneral Summary: This position reports to the Marketing Director or their designee; and located in Kannapolis, NC, USA. The Senior Partner Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of two direct reports, helping to develop a high performing team culture. Accountable for the activation strategy of the team's key partnerships, including our title partner. The successful candidate will work cross functionally within the organization, build strong working relationships with partner stakeholders and ensure all contractual rights are fully leveraged and fulfilled. The Senior Partner Manager also supports the general marketing efforts of the organization, helping execute and manage team related marketing activity. These areas include but are not limited to digital marketing, consumer engagement, research, strategic activation, advertising, business development and e-commerce/licensing. General Responsibilities: Provides day-to-day management of departments within the team; directs and coaches team members to maximise the team performance, and oversees daily activitiesWork with department leaders, supervisors, and managers to ensure all objectives, projects and deadlines are met within the set processes and metrics provided by the company.Manage department personnel from recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement through to separation. Mentor, train and guide personnel as required. Develop staff using effective performance reviews and development plans. Responsible for establishing standard operating procedures and budgets to maintain a practical yet functional department. Assumes any responsibilities and duties delegated by the Marketing Director or their designee.Key Responsibilities: Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.Lead the account management of our key global partners and build relationships with a wide range of partner stakeholders.Pro-actively support our partners in the development of marketing activation strategies that deliver proven results against agreed objectives and KPIs.Work collaboratively with partner agencies and internal parties to plan, develop and manage the seamless delivery of best-in-class global

a full understanding of our partner businesses and their marketing objectivesTrack rights usage, ensuring maximum usage across a range of assets.Collaborate with the wider marketing team to use data & insights to maximize the success of partner activity.Oversee effective budgeting, reporting and post-campaign analysis of partnership activation programsLeadership role with two direct reports, helping to develop a high performing team culture.Implement standards and processes that lead to first rate account management, adhering to all internal and external policies as required.Assist the Marketing Director in the development & execution of wider marketing and activation programs, leveraging team assets to accomplish stated business and revenue objectives. Regular internal reporting, providing regular input on all partner business activity.Develop an expert-level understanding of F1 business including FIA, FOM, Formula 1 Esports and other F1 teams.Follow all safety regulations in all venues.Participate in additional miscellaneous projects and meetings as needed. Undertake any responsibilities delegated by the Marketing Director or their designee.Education and Work Experience: Undergraduate Marketing or Business Degree or equivalent required. At least 8 years of global marketing and management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a brand, rights holder or agency. Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of marketing principles, methodologies and applicationsGlobal marketing experience that covers strategy, client servicing, brand, sales and product marketing.Ability to analyze problems and find solutions with a practical, can-do mindset.Proven track record with developing and executing global marketing plans.Strong inter-personal and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight timelines.Proven leadership and people skills, with the ability to build positive professional relationships. Able to manage, schedule, and motivate employees by empowering and developing team members. Event planning experienceSuperior planning, organizational and time and project management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, paying close attention to detail.Demonstrated commitment to providing world class sponsorship serviceThe ability to quickly & calmly react and solve problems, and handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.Knowledge and passion for the sponsorship industry.High ethical standards; reflects company core values.Ability to work in an international environment.Ability to travel
