Our client located near Oxford, NC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join their team. Enjoy a full-time permanent position that offers a schedule of Tuesday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Job Responsibilities of the Rad Tech:
Provide safe and effective radiology services in the Radiology Department, emergency room, surgery and other areas using portable techniques.
Transports Patients to and from radiology department.
Prepare all radiographs for interpretation, with minimal ordering charging and documentation errors
Performs all required Quality Assurance procedures and daily check off sheets as needed
Performs all necessary clerical duties in the department.
Responsible for radiation protection for patients and personnel in the department
Minimum Job Requirements of the Rad Tech:
Able to work Tuesday - Friday day shift
ARRT (R) Certified
One year of experience - preferred
