Team Leader (Supervisor) Production at CONAGRA summary:
As a Production Supervisor at Conagra Brands, you will oversee production teams to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting cost standards. The role involves training employees, monitoring production processes, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. With a focus on performance evaluation and compliance with safety regulations, you will play a critical role in achieving production goals and delivering customer orders on time.
As a Production Supervisor, you will report to a Production Manager. This is an on-site position, located in Macon, MO. This role may support various shifts, depending on the need of the business. Primary responsibilities include ensuring a safe work environment, producing a quality product at the lowest cost, developing the workforce to deliver customer orders on time while promoting a culture of process improvement. Lead production teams to ensure production guidelines are met within established timing, quality, and cost standards.

What Impact Will You Have?
Monitor production to ensure that quality, productivity, and cost standards are maintained.
Provide employee training to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities.
Administer plant rules, regulations and procedures.
Evaluate performance, communicate with employees, and provide information for performance improvement.
Help support plant and company safety programs, promoting a high level of awareness to defined employee safety requirements such as lock-out/tag-out, personal protective equipment, confined space entry.
Do You Have What It Takes?
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Two years+ management experience
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
Available to work weekends and flex hours
Physical Requirements
While performing the responsibilities of this job, you are required to talk and hear, frequently required to stand and walk. You are occasionally required to sit; use hands to feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell, see, and move up to 50 pounds. Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
