Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of patient services and ensure compliance with agency policies
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to fulfill program objectives
- Supervise scheduling, supervision, and ongoing educational programs for professional and paraprofessional staff
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs or supervise QA staff
- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant medical records
- Plan and implement staff education programs
Requirements:
- Current license to practice as a registered professional nurse or equivalent healthcare license and education
- Minimum five years' experience as a healthcare professional, including two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, homecare, or hospice
- Demonstrated administrative ability and knowledge of health care policies and program responsibilities
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Current CPR certification
