Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee delivery of patient services and ensure compliance with agency policies
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to fulfill program objectives
  • Supervise scheduling, supervision, and ongoing educational programs for professional and paraprofessional staff
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs or supervise QA staff
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant medical records
  • Plan and implement staff education programs

Requirements:

  • Current license to practice as a registered professional nurse or equivalent healthcare license and education
  • Minimum five years' experience as a healthcare professional, including two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, homecare, or hospice
  • Demonstrated administrative ability and knowledge of health care policies and program responsibilities
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Current CPR certification
