is seeking an experienced Customer Representative to join the team with a rapidly growing, locally owned and operated business in West Chester, PA

Customer Service Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (FULLY ONSITE)
Pay Rate: $20 to 22/hr
Customer Service Representative Job Description:

Receive incoming calls and make outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule appointments
Work with dispatchers to assign daily work/calls to other team members
Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

Administrative experience a must
Strong written, organizational and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Positive Attitude with a professional, pleasant phone voice
Team player who can work independently and problem-solve
Call center experience is strongly preferred
