This position is in Bethesda, MD. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance.Primary responsibilities and tasks may include some or all the following: Develop, implement, update and manage:XSD Schema, Schematron, RelaxNG data specifications for the enterpriseMap community directives and Executive Orders directly to implementation for Enterprise useXspec test cases for the SpecificationsDocumentation in Docbook XML and Office Suite of these SpecificationsDevelop and Maintain Scripts for Jenkins and other DevSecOps environment production of specificationsCompliance with Security standards and Integration of tools in a Unix based systemCollaborate with Client and community partners to gather and interpret requirements and develop solutions that meet client's technical, schedule and cost constraintsCollaborate with other team members on approaches to enhancing back-end production processes.Required Qualifications: TS/SCI with PolyBS degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degreeExcellent written and oral communication skillsDetail-oriented, ability to consistently provide high-quality products that are concise, thorough, and

Pay Range:
Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
