Candidates should have experience buying, planning, packaging, and selling STV both directly and programmatically. Candidates will have a strong knowledge of the STV landscape, experience negotiating and closing annual agreements, and the ability to drive conversations with C-Suite client contacts.About the teamVideo Specialists are aligned to the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization and work closely with Account Teams, Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go to Market (GTM) specialists, and Amazon Advertising Customers.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of B2B sales experience- 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience- Experience closing sales and revenue generationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience identifying and aggregating trends, past performance metrics, and insights into effective narratives, with recommendations, to external senior leaders- Experience with negotiation and relationship building skills with sales teams (ideally with content creators, agencies and brands)- Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnership building- Experience using data and analytics to drive sales strategy and resultsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
