Seeking an RN for new Vent Unit.
12-hour shifts available; 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am.

What You'll Do:
As an RN on our new ventilator unit, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our long-term ventilator-dependent residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Guiding respiratory therapists and nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans for ventilator-dependent residents
Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Qualifications of a Registered Nurse include:
Valid state RN nursing license
Experience in respiratory care setting is preferred but not required
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
