This latest opening will be synonymous with sophistication, glamour, breathtaking artwork, and cultural trendsetting. This opening will mark the resurgence of luxury nightlife experiences in New York with dynamic food and beverage venues and programming that will make Faena the ultimate destination for the sophisticated traveler to New York.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager at Faena New York is responsible for collaborating, developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the hotel’s brand presence, drive awareness, and maximize revenue across all market segments. Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role will focus on creating compelling campaigns that promote the hotel’s luxury offerings, with a focus on its 120 rooms, signature restaurant, Living Room, Omakase experience, La Cava dining, nightlife, event offering and spa. The Marketing Manager will support the Director of Sales and Marketing on all Public Relations initiatives as required and will lead implementation of both online and offline marketing efforts, partnerships and activations, leveraging digital channels, traditional media, and experiential marketing to attract high-end leisure and business travelers to the property.
The role focuses on driving brand awareness, managing the hotel’s marketing efforts, and supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing in achieving the hotel’s overall business objectives. With a creative and strategic approach, the Marketing Manager will be instrumental in positioning Faena New York as a premier destination in the luxury hospitality market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing, NY and Corporate team to define and implement the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s luxury positioning and business objectives Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns that reflect Faena New York’s identity, including the hotel’s unique amenities; signature restaurant, Omakase experience, nightlife, event offerings, and spa. Maintain and evolve the hotel’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels Support the Director of Sales and Marketing on all Public Relations initiatives as required: including but not limited to media and press site tours and entertainment, qualifying and responding to press inquiries Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure all marketing initiatives are reflected in the hotel’s digital marketing channels and platforms, including website, SEO, paid search, email campaigns, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Collaborate with external digital agencies or in-house teams to drive online traffic, increase direct bookings, and improve conversion rates Utilize data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize marketing efforts Ensure the hotel’s website and online presence reflect the luxury offerings and experiences, highlighting key amenities and services Collaborate on the creation of engaging content for the hotel’s website, social media, advertising materials, email newsletters, and press releases Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality visual and written content that aligns with the hotel’s brand voice and storytelling Develop campaigns that showcase the hotel’s unique features, such as exclusive dining experiences, nightlife events, theater performances, and the luxury spa services Develop and manage advertising campaigns, including digital, print, and outdoor media, to promote the hotel’s offerings Build relationships with media partners, influencers, and key industry contacts to increase brand awareness and generate buzz about the hotel Negotiate and oversee media buys, ensuring efficient allocation of the marketing budget to maximize exposure and ROI Collaborate with DOSM and Digital Marketing Manager on creating the hotel’s social media strategy, content creation, and community management, ensuring that all social platforms effectively engage target audiences Cultivate relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to generate organic content that promotes the hotel and its unique offerings Track engagement, follower growth, and sentiment analysis to measure social media effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed Work with the DOSM and the hotel’s operations team to create and promote special events, seasonal offers, and exclusive packages Design targeted promotional campaigns that drive room bookings, dining reservations, and attendance at the hotel’s events and entertainment offerings Plan and execute marketing initiatives for VIP guests, private events, and partnerships with local businesses to enhance brand visibility and reputation Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, trends in the luxury hospitality market, and customer preferences Use insights from competitor analysis to adjust marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation Regularly report on marketing performance and industry trends to senior leadership, providing actionable insights for continued growth Work closely with the DOSM to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and contribute to the hotel’s revenue goals Coordinate with the Public Relations team to manage the hotel’s media relations, press outreach, and crisis communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels Assist in organizing press trips, media events, and influencer collaborations to generate buzz and build the hotel’s reputation Assist in the development of guest loyalty initiatives and email marketing campaigns to enhance guest retention and encourage repeat visits Promote the hotel’s loyalty programs and other initiatives designed to increase direct bookings and deepen customer relationships Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various marketing channels and campaigns Track expenses, report on budget performance, and recommend adjustments to maximize the effectiveness of marketing investments Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for event promotion and special projects
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry, with a strong focus on digital marketing, branding, and content creation A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required Certifications or courses in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, or social media management are a plus Proven experience managing social media platforms, online advertising, and SEO/SEM campaigns to drive revenue Knowledge of the luxury hospitality market, consumer trends, and competitive landscape Creative thinker with a strong sense of design, branding, and storytelling Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, email platforms, and CRM systems
