This position is responsible for performing various vascular and diagnostic ultrasound exams, maintaining patient records, and facilitating effective communication among the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts ultrasound examinations using advanced imaging technology to capture clear and detailed images for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Interprets and analyzes ultrasound images to provide comprehensive reports for physicians and aid in timely and accurate diagnosis.
  • Maintains and prepares ultrasound equipment and supplies for patient testing to ensure optimal performance and image quality.

Education and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology, Imaging or related educational program and/or ultrasound program

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) by ARDMS or Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) by CCI
  • Registered Diagnostic Ultrasound Technologist by ARDMS or Registered Ultrasound Technologist by ARRT RT(S)
