We are seeking a talented Guest Experience Expert to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless transactions throughout the entire stay.
Your primary objective is to build memorable and unique experiences for our guests. You will take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services, from processing operational needs to addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing the highlights of the local area.
