• Develop and lead theatrical marketing campaigns in Canada that delight customers and drive box office success for Amazon MGM Studios' films.
• Implement tactics to drive rapid experimentation through data-driven campaign optimization
• Grow and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players in the Canadian market
• Build marketing budget allocation and optimize spending across channelsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of team management experience- 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)- Experience managing teams- Experience communicating results to senior leadership- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS-
• Track record of launching successful theatrical releases in the Canadian market-
• Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with overlapping launch dates and priorities.-
• Strong understanding of both traditional theatrical marketing and digital platforms-
