Job Description: We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to join a team that is utilizing software frameworks to build cutting-edge applications. In this role, the software engineer will be involved in all parts of the software process; from configuring and managing the production environment to writing, testing, and deploying the code. Responsibilities include capturing user requirements and designing dynamic user interfaces/experiences (UI/UX); selecting and implementing technologies that are the best fit for the application, managing and configuring the application code, and documenting and testing the application during its lifespan. Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
Master of Science degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or related STEM degree and five (5) years of experience. In lieu of a M.S. degree, a B.S. and at least ten (10) years of applicable software engineering experience is required.
Experience developing using one or more of the following languages: Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Java, or C++.
Demonstrated proficiency in web Ul/UX interface design using a variety of languages such as HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON/XML, JavaScript, JQuery, or React.
Experience using SQL and relational databases (MySQL preferred).
A working knowledge of both Windows and Linux platforms.
Demonstrated experience with agile development methodologies.
Desired Requirements:
Experience developing applications for CNO.
Experience developing applications in Python.
Ability to create and manage applications using Red Hat Package Manager (RPM).
MERN stack development experience.
API design and development experience.
Experience developing dynamic, user-friendly front-end interfaces.
