The Image Content Producer is responsible for overseeing all imagery that appear in print for our leading tech client to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. The role maintains close partnership with other producer teams to ensure a flawless execution of an on-brand visual experience across various platforms by creating assets that support printed material and marketing.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, and highly collaborative. Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills are required. The Image Content Producer must feel comfortable presenting to various levels of leadership and varying types of audiences (one-to-one or larger groups). The ability to deliver clear and concise communication is a must.The primary focus of this position is to manage the process for the production of images by working with the Program Manager and Studio Team to plan, track, and drive deadlines for new and existing images.Key responsibilities:Help to establish and lead communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and asset deliverablesParticipate in project kickoffs, content meetings, reviews, and other project-based meetings as neededFacilitate relationships between external and internal partners, ensuring up-to-date information is communicatedPlan, manage, and track asset procurement throughout the production process to facilitate accurate and timely deliveryOwn quality control (QC) of all assets coming from, and going out to vendors, studio teams, etc.Handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challengesWork closely with internal and external partner teams to identify more efficient workflowsPlan and execute internal and external workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information and deliverables.Coordinate with creative and development teams to understand and document the full breath of global content needs including the creation of detailed content matrices, screens, and hardwareDevelop detailed instructional briefs for Geo production teamsPartner with localization teams to provide scope based on marketing communication plansEnsure the successful training of newly hired producersTrack imagery status of project and provide weekly/daily status updatesResponsible for briefing of projects to production studio and ensuring clear annotation and instructions are provided to the teamExperience of managing risk and escalating issues in a timely fashionSolid understanding of the technical side of complex layer structures and effects in PhotoshopDemonstrated reliable judgement as to manage workload independently while working as a team player to support other production artists as required to meet deadlinesRequirements:Ability to effectively lead and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needsAbility to navigate contending priorities, allocate resources appropriately, and mitigate associated challengesAbility to quickly process detailed information and capture the "big picture" in order to effectively deliver a clear and concise point-of-viewTrack record of partnership and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative and technical teamsProfessional desire to deliver quality assets at high volume in a tight timeframeTeam player who is always looking for opportunities to make our process more efficient and organizedAbility to identify and eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks in order to produce high-quality deliverablesMultitasker who can balance priorities within an ever-changing work environmentAbility to successfully apply cumulative knowledge gain to future projectsExperience using Content Management SystemsStrong knowledge of Adobe suites of productsStrong knowledge of products such as Keynote and Pages Excellent knowledge of digital file management and server navigation3-6 years of experience as a producer in a creatively-driven advertising agency or equivalent in-house teamsBachelor's degree required.
