In-Home RBT opportunity in the Pleasantville, NJ area Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals

Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment

Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

If hired, you will have the option to join our free program to become a Registered Behavior Technician

Experience working with children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check

(Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities is a plus)

Skills:

Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques

Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking software

Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies effectively

Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
