Summer 2025 internship
opportunities available for individuals currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science or a related scientific field; recent graduates may apply with a related concentration and interest in a career within the Food Quality. The summer internships will be onsite at our facilities in Grand Rapids.
The Quality Intern's hands-on approach and strong interpersonal skills will allow them to become familiar with the plant processes and work with others to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement within the daily operations in the plant.
Develop a strong knowledge of plant floor activities.
Identify and proactively plan for processes/systems improvement.
Qualifications :
• Strong understanding of concepts of food safety and quality
• Strong interpersonal skills to include team-building and oral communication
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Strong computer/computing skills
