Description
The Project Manager leads and manages one or more projects that make up components of anEnterprise Risk Integration (ERI)program workstream or sub program. Accountable to Senior Project Manager, Program Manager and/or Workstream lead for delivery of high quality project results within the context of the larger program Responsible for the successful delivery of project Works with the Senior Project Manager and/or stream lead to understand and deliver scope and expected business value Define and then drive a vision and approach for your project Frequently involves delivery of critical data and reporting that often meet sensitive regulatory requirements Demonstrate ability to work within program structure to support larger program goals Collaborate with Program Manager and stream lead on identifying dependencies; actively manage in partnership with your colleagues Make all efforts to assist program leadership in achieving ERI program goals Responsible for managing visible, complex projects crossing more than one disciplines, businesses, and/or organizations. Projects may involve multiple users or customers/including senior executive customers Manage cross functional teams representing up to a half dozen areas across the client; effectively employ a variety of skillsets to effect project results Manage with Senior Program Manager and stream leads the project sponsor s leadership, communication, expectations Manages project budgets ranging from $0-5M; utilize all required project controls and tools (e.g. PPM) Deliver project results that may include inputs from up to 10 source systems and up to 3 lines of businessQualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced Degree in Business, MIS, Technology related and/or PMP preferred. 5 years related experience required and 10 year related experience preferred.
