You will serve as a subject matter expert in mathematical optimization, and provide leadership in decision-making, guide technological development, and drive innovation to maximize business value. you will do Design and implement scalable mathematical optimization models to address complex business challenges. Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and align solutions with business objectives. Provide technical leadership for optimization projects, ensuring best practices in model development and deployment. Lead the integration of optimization technologies into broader systems, collaborating with engineering and IT teams. Drive innovation by exploring and applying state-of-the-art optimization techniques and tools. Serve as a mentor and technical resource for team members, promoting skill development and best practices. Represent the organization in external technical forums, contributing to the company's reputation as an industry leader.About youSkills and Qualifications Education: Ph.D. in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and deploying mathematical optimization models, with demonstrated leadership in driving business impact. Technical Skills: Expertise in linear, mixed-integer programming, optimization under uncertainty (stochastic/robust optimization), algorithm development including decomposition for large-scale optimization. Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages, with experience using solvers like Gurobi/CPLEX. Understanding of cloud-based architecture solutions for large-scale
