About Us: Our regional engineering firm is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to join our team in Orlando, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Professional Engineer (PE) who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take on a leadership role without needing constant oversight. We are looking for someone who can not only contribute their expertise but also mentor and guide less experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and staff.
Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of civil engineering projects.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to achieve project goals.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and technical competence.
Qualifications:

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Proven track record of managing civil engineering projects successfully.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and make decisions with confidence.
