Position Details:
Work independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
Health education
Disease prevention
Counseling
Work with a diverse patient population and be a valuable consultant for individuals, families, and our community
Medication management: anti-obesity, diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.
Potential for shared appointments or group education activities
Full-time position Monday-Friday with flexible shifts
No weekend or evening shifts and no call

Required Qualifications:
Unrestricted WA License and DEA certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Nurse Practitioner Certification (NP-C)
2+ years of clinical/outpatient experience
Experience building positive working relationships
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, high patient satisfaction and demonstrated experience promoting teamwork
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in obesity / weight loss medicine, endocrinology, diabetes, or similar
Certification in obesity or lifestyle medicine
Teaching or group education experience
The salary range for this role is $104,500 to $156,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
