**Job Summary**

Village Medical is seeking a full-time physician to join our team in Griffin, GA. As an employed physician, you will enjoy flexible scheduling and the autonomy to practice medicine in a convenient and modern setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Practice medicine in a team-based environment with highly trained staff providing support
  • Utilize a reduced administrative workload due to optimized EMR and scribe program for PCPs
  • Collaborate with a cross-trained support team of Care Managers to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient population trend analysis using patent-pending technology

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience post-residency
  • Current, unrestricted State license or eligibility for licensure
  • Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Actively registered or eligible to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
  • Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; Athena preferred
