Shift : Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F

Length : 13 weeks

otating weekend AM shifts (1 weekend shift/month)

Holiday Requirements: Generally closed
Requirements :

WI License
1 year' experience
BLS
Outpatient experience a plus
One year, prefer previous travel if

possible
Previous EPIC experience would be helpful
Other Details:

Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Ortho, geriatric, sports, Parkinson's, vestibular, pediatric, lymphedema, wound care
# of patients treated per day: Outpatient generally 8, Inpatient varies from 5-12
