As a Project Manager, you are the cornerstone of our client implementation efforts, leading a talented group of engineers to build, refine, and optimize our cloud-based AI powered search tools as well as CRM, Marketing automation and data analytics tool. With you at the helm, we will continue to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients, helping them achieve their goals with cutting-edge technology.
Here's what you'll be doing
You will lead our clients in a product road mapping to assist in implementing cloud-based platform. Your hands-on approach will ensure that we deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.
Serve as the primary contact between clients and iSeek internal development teams.
Plan the development and implementation of applications and services.
Gather business requirements to meet end user needs.
Conduct interviews on relevant technologies and systems concepts.
Create and update work plans as needed.
Manage daily project operations and scope.
Perform quality assurance testing on deliverables before client review.
Apply agile project methodologies and enforce standards.
Identify and manage project risks.
Prepare status reports and milestone documents.
Create and deliver client product education and training materials.
Collaborate with Product Owners, implementation specialists, customer support, and other departments.
You need these qualifications
4+ years of experience in SaaS implementations.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong communication skills.
It would be nice if:
PMP certification preferred.
Experience with Data or Business Analytics solutions preferred.
Experience with agile methodologies preferred.
Experience managing software development or implementation projects.
Experience with Jira preferred.
