Administrative Coordinator/Social Services Clerk: Full-Time

Haven Behavioral Hospital of West Chester is opening a new 72-bed facility providing high-quality, specialty behavioral health services for individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. As a Administrative Coordinator you will provide project management, credentialing, records collection analysis, authorizes release of information, backup to the Executive Director of Financial Operations, provides front desk coverage, and administrative support to senior leadership team.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Uphold levels of security and confidentiality to execute appropriate release of information.
Analyze data to ensure record meet regulatory and hospital standards,
Performs all credentialing for professional licensed staff.
Backup to Executive Director of Financial Operations.
Leads and and or assists with projects
Collect and assemble records/data into prescribed format.
Provides administrative support to senior Leadership team.
Provides front desk receptionist coverage.
Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:

Minimum of three years relevant experience required; five years preferred.
