Ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment towards common program goals.SKILLS: Proven experience leading and managing complex technical projects from conception to completion Abilities with a track record in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana) Strong communication skills with experience acting as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical teams Skilled in developing detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation Expertise in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery Proficient in resource coordination, efficiently allocating and managing resources to support project teams Experience in overseeing project quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes Ability to drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies Skilled in generating and maintaining project forecasts, monitoring actualization, and analyzing resource needs Experience in vendor management, ensuring effective collaboration with external partners Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve impediments, providing status reports at multiple levels Ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication to mitigate dependencies and promote continuous integration and delivery Experienced in ensuring alignment and synchronization of multiple teams towards common program goalsExperience: Project Management 10 + Years. Software design and developmentYears. Soft Skills Advanced Communication Skills 6 + Years. Soft Skills Composing Meeting Minutes 6 + Years. Soft Skills Meeting Facilitation 6 + Years.Additional Skills: Experience in Agile Methodologies is a must. Experience as an Agile Lead / Scrum Master is preferred. Experience in eCommerce preferred.
