Length: 13 weeksThe weekday call is from 4p-7:30a the next morning. Weekend call starts at 4p on Friday until 7:30a on MondayMost staff works 10 hours shifts - shifts vary. Requirements:

NH License 2 years experienceMust have RCIS within 1 year of hireAdvanced skills needed: Cath Lab experienceBLSACLSARRTOther Details:Documentation system: MeditechFloating policy: if no cases, may be asked to float – this is rareNumber of Beds : 4 holding, 4 observation, 3 procedural roomsPatient

Ratios: depends on if you are working in the procedural room or in

holding.

3 people per team in procedural for 1 patient, generally 2

patients per nurse in holding (not for techs)Type of equipment: GE xray system, GE hemodynamics, Meditech documentation.

Many different types of procedural equipmentProcedures

performed on unit:

cardiac caths – PCI, STEMI, peripheral angiograms

& interventions, implants – PPM/ICD/CRT-D, EP studies &
