ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our office is proud to be deeply connected with the immigrant community, reflecting the diversity of the customers we serve. We've been open for 10 years, and I've been with State Farm for 20 years, building a strong reputation based on trust, dedication, and exceptional service.
Before COVID, I was highly involved in community events—so much so that I was honored as the Brazilian mayor for a day in a city in our state. While things have changed, I still prioritize sponsorships and attending events to stay engaged with the people we serve.
Our team is a mix of experienced professionals who have been with me since day one and new talent eager to grow. We hold ourselves to high standards, always striving to provide top-tier customer service. We work hard, support each other, and enjoy celebrating our wins—whether through happy hours or team outings.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Talline Carvalho - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese.
